Real Estate Pricing

Pricing applies to standard MLS listings in Brevard and nearby areas, generally within a 30-minute drive. Services are provided exclusively by Clark Barrow Photography and may not be subcontracted, brokered, resold, or offered through any third party.

Larger homes, luxury properties, detached buildings, and non-MLS commercial projects are quoted separately. Standard pricing covers one structure only. Additional structures, including detached garages, garage apartments, barns, storage buildings, and other outbuildings, are subject to an additional charge.

Model homes and similar properties in which the images are used to market multiple units are quoted separately based on intended usage.

Camera Photo Sessions

Note: Pricing shown here applies to one dwelling unit only. Any additional living units, apartments, houses, or separate structures on the property to be photographed will require separate pricing.

Full Photo Session (up to 40 images) Note: Price is for one dwelling unit only.

A complete photography session for standard MLS listings, designed to provide strong overall coverage of the home.

Mini Photo Session - Note: Price is for one dwelling unit only.

Includes up to 12 photographer-selected camera photos. This option is best when a smaller set of key images is needed to represent the property.

Update Photo Session
$135
Includes up to 6 camera photos and is available only for properties I have previously photographed. This option is ideal for rentals, relisted homes, or properties with seasonal, interior, or exterior updates. Expanded update coverage is available at 7 photos for $155 and 8 photos for $175. If more than 8 photos are needed, the Mini Photo Session is recommended.

Mini Session Note:
With the Mini Photo Session, I use my professional judgment to capture the most important views of the property. If you would like a broader selection of images, the Full Photo Session is recommended.

Drone Photo Sessions

Stand-Alone Drone Photo Session
$225
Includes one top-down image plus multiple angled aerial views designed to showcase the home and surrounding property. Horizon views are included when appropriate. Images are created to clearly identify and highlight the home or property, typically with a marker pin for reference. Community photos are not included.

FAA Compliance:
All drone operations are subject to FAA airspace regulations. Some locations, including areas near airports, prisons, jails, or temporary flight restriction zones, may be restricted, may require authorization, or may not be eligible for flight. As a registered and certificated Part 107 drone pilot, I conduct all drone operations in accordance with current FAA regulations.

Add-On Services

Add-on services are available only when performed at the same appointment as a Camera Photo Session. If scheduled separately, additional fees may apply.

Add-On Drone Aerial Photo Set
$135
Includes one top-down image plus multiple angled aerial views of the home and property. The full property can be shown only when it fits within the drone camera’s field of view, approximately 24mm equivalent.

Add-On One Top-Down Drone Photo
$75
Includes one image captured directly above the home, with a maximum flight height of 400 feet. The full property will be visible only when it fits within the 24mm-equivalent field of view. This image is also included in the full Add-On Drone Aerial Photo Set. This option does not include angled views, horizon shots, or wider aerial coverage captured from farther away.

Add-On 2D Standard Floor Plans
From $75
Pricing is based on total scanned square footage and includes all scanned areas, including basements, porches, and decks. All rooms must be accessible during the appointment, as locked doors may prevent completion. Homes of approximately 2,500 square feet and above typically begin at $135. For best accuracy, rooms should be reasonably clean and free of excess clutter.

Twilight Photo Add-On - Note: Price is for one dwelling unit only.

Includes up to 5 exterior twilight images designed to give the property a warm, inviting dusk presentation. This service is available only as an add-on to a standard photo session and does not include drone photography. Offered for homes in and around Brevard, North Carolina.

AI Property Description Writer - New Service

$35 per unit
This service offers a more elevated marketing experience with an AI-powered Property Description Writer that transforms a full property photo set into refined listing copy. Using visual analysis of the home along with curated location context from the surrounding area, this premium service delivers three distinct description options that highlight not only the property itself, but also the lifestyle and sense of place that make it desirable.

It is designed to help realtors and homeowners market homes with greater polish, speed, and impact.

Virtual staging is available to help buyers better visualize a property’s potential.

Services Not Currently Offered

Stand-alone twilight photography is not currently offered, although twilight photography is available as an add-on.
