Real Estate Pricing

Pricing on this page applies to standard MLS listings within Brevard and nearby areas, generally within about a 30-minute drive. Services may not be subcontracted, brokered, resold, or provided through a third party.

Larger homes, luxury listings, detached buildings, and non-MLS commercial work are quoted separately. Pricing is for one (1) structure only. Additional structures, such as detached garages (including apartments over garages), barns, storage buildings, or other outbuildings, are an additional charge.

Mini Session Note When you select the Mini package, I use my best judgment to capture the most important angles to represent the property. If you want a larger selection to choose from, book a Full Photo Session.

Drone Photo Sessions

Stand-Alone Drone Photo Session Includes a top-down image plus multiple angled views to showcase the property and home, including horizon shots when appropriate. Every image clearly features the home or property, typically identified with a marker pin. Drone sessions do not include community photos.

FAA Compliance Drone flights are subject to FAA airspace rules. Some locations (near airports, prisons, jails, or temporary flight restriction zones) may be restricted, require authorization, or be unavailable. As a registered and certificated Part 107 drone pilot, I follow all FAA regulations.

Add-On Services

Available as add-ons only when completed at the same time as a Camera Photo Session. If scheduled separately, additional fees may apply.

Add-On Drone Aerial Photo Set Includes a top-down photo plus multiple angled aerial views of the home and property. Full property will be shown only when it fits within the drone camera’s field of view (24mm equivalent).

Add-On One (1) Top-Down Drone Photo One photo directly above the home (maximum flight height 400 feet). Full property will be shown only when it fits within the 24mm-equivalent field of view. This top down image is included in the full Drone Aerial Photo Set. This single option does not include angled views, horizon shots, or flying away from the home to capture more of the property.

Add-On 2D Standard Floor Plans Starting at $75. Pricing varies by total scanned size and includes all scanned areas such as basements, porches, and decks. All rooms must be accessible. Locked doors may prevent completion. Homes around 2,500 sq. ft. and larger start at $135. Rooms should be moderately clean and free of clutter for accurate scanning.

Twilight Photo Add-On (up to 5 photos) Add up to five twilight exterior photos for a warm, inviting dusk look. Available only as an add-on to a standard photo session and does not include drone images. Offered for homes in and around the Brevard, NC area.

Twilight photo sets must be scheduled for the same day as the photo shoot.

Model homes, model units, and apartments require custom pricing.

Photo/Video Session Times

Scheduling preference is given to the combination of camera and full drone sessions to ensure the work is done in the best weather for aerial images.

  • Morning sessions are preferred and all photo sessions are scheduled while considering the weather.

  • I usually try to schedule the morning sessions throughout the week at around 9:30 or 10:00. When the morning sessions fill then I will schedule the afternoon sessions around 2 pm. Each 2 pm afternoon session may vary slightly because of the morning session taking longer than expected, me deciding to eat lunch, or just needing a little break before the next session.

  • I will always try to work with you to accommodate your schedule while considering the weather.

  • Almost all sessions are scheduled for Monday through Friday, but I will give some consideration to a Saturday session.

  • I do not do any sessions on Sundays.
